Our Process

A clear process, without unnecessary complexity.

We believe that the best digital products are born from clarity. Our workflow is designed to remove guesswork, maintain momentum, and deliver a final product that performs exactly as intended.

Why our process matters

A successful project isn't just about good design or clean code. It's about a workflow that aligns both sides towards the same goal, without wasting time or resources.

No surprises

You'll always know what we're working on, why we're doing it, and what comes next.

Focus on outcomes

We don't just build features; we build solutions that serve your business goals.

Collaborative but guided

Your input is vital, but we'll bring the expertise to guide the technical and design decisions.

Discuss

We learn about your business, goals, audience and requirements.

02

Plan

We define the structure, priorities, technology and project scope.

03

Design

We shape the visual direction and user experience around the project.

04

Develop

We build, test and refine the experience across devices.

05

Launch

We prepare the site for launch and hand over the finished experience.

Workflow & Engagement FAQ

Answers about our collaboration and engineering process

Learn how we handle code ownership, milestone reviews, technology choices, and project handovers.

01Who owns the code, design assets, and intellectual property?
You do. Upon project completion and final payment, 100% of the design files (Figma), source code, domain assets, and intellectual property belong entirely to your organization with zero vendor lock-in.
02How many design revisions are included during the project?
Each design phase includes dedicated review rounds (typically 2 to 3 iterations per milestone). Because we align on visual direction and interactive prototypes early, final designs match expectations with minimal friction.
03What input and assets do you need from us before kickoff?
We need your brand assets (logos, guidelines, photography if available), project objectives, and any technical access (domain or integrations). If you don't have finished copy, we can assist with content structuring and copywriting.
04What technologies do you use, and why do you avoid bloated page builders?
We engineer websites using modern frameworks like Astro, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. This typically delivers 95-100 Google PageSpeed scores, strong security, very fast page loads, and freedom from fragile legacy plugin updates.
05How do we communicate and track progress during development?
We keep communication transparent and asynchronous via dedicated Slack/Teams channels or email, accompanied by fortnightly sprint reviews and private staging links where you can test your site as it is built.
